In this issue things have changed a bit, but not that much. Here's a basic rundown.

I got a new mac

I use vim on my mac (I don't need a wsywig text editor)

Don is leaving for truck driving school

Life is good

I'm still waiting for my new notebook

I'm thinking about just switching over to all Mac for personal use.

Ok, that's a basic rundown of events, or other basic things in life right now.

More stress has been added to work. Long story, don't bother asking me. I won't tell you. Oh well, what's a little more?

Oh, and aside from that, we bought out another ISP. Hehe, soon we will own all of nebraska :) That's what I hope for anyway. That would just be cool. We are allready the largest ISP in Nebraska (other than alltell/navix (but they suck anyway)).

I need a smaller keyboard for my mac. It takes up way too much desk space the way it is now. Hmm, maby if I used the trackball with my left hand...

The new Macintosh I got rocks. 200mhz of pure love. Hehe, I can play mp3 files, and still do other things! On my old mac, even moving the mouse during mp3igs could easily cause skipage. On this new one, the only time they skip, is when I have heavy HD usage.

Not to mention not being stuck at 8bit color anymore. While being decent, not the best either. Now I can run in 16 bit color. Lets me use wallpaper, and not have to watch it redraw when moving windows.

Hehe, and plus I don't have to wait for it while typeing. With the 6200 I had to wait a few seconds after each sentance so I didn't fill the keyboard buffer, and realy mess shit up. That was probably the worst part about the slowness. Hmm, my old MacSE/30 never had that problem. But, the 6200 is a shitty model. Don't buy one, unless it's realy cheap (free).

It's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine.

On another note of intrest, every program should support vi key movement. It's better. Fuck arrow keys, they suck. You have to move you hand to another part of the keyboard to use 'em. That shit is for people who can't read. Hmm, that's most people. Not so much that they can't read. But they don't. They just don't bother to realy take it in. Only seeing what they want to see.

What next? Hmm...suck some more mp3's from work. Ya know. use the 5 T1 lines of love ;) Answer the phone a bit, and fix those janky modems. It's all in a days work.

Oh, yes. And tell people what they want to know, while still getting the idea across. Mind games can be fun. Again, don't ask. I will never fully explain the extent of this ;)

I'm think I'm finished with this one. More later (as usual).
