You know what I think?

Stupid fucking people shouldn't have internet accounts. They take up my time, and have no desire to learn. They just don't care. I hate them with a passion. I so wanted to just kill one of them today. Well, more than one realy. Several. Heh, that's pretty normal, but two of these cases where a bit extreme.

The first one we have this girl call up to setup a new account. Ya know, cool. I set her up, and she comes in to pay. It takes me a while to get her cashed out, since I've never done such a thing before. No problem.

Then the fun begins. About an hour later, she calls up to get her DUN setup. That's so freaking easy. No problem though, I can do it, I did that like 10 times today (or more). As soon as she realizes who she's talking to, she wants me to transfer her to somebody else. She doesn't care who. She commented that since I didn't realy know how to properly cash her out, that I must suck as a tech. WTF! 'That's fucking lame bitch' is what ran through my mind, so, I commnented that I was more than able to do the setup. Nope, she fucking said that I suced again. So I put her on hold, and transfered her to another person. Fucking bitch. I so just wanted to tell her that she was a fucking moron who should never breed, and hang up on her. Heh, but I can't do that (can I?). I was quite nice, and profesional about the whole thing. But it realy got to me.

Then comes the other person, he calls up to get information about ADSL. I tell him everything I know, and he wants to know if the access speed is garanteed. I tell him yes, between you and our systems. He wants it in writeing, and wants it garentued between him and any site. Fuck that shit, All we control is our stuff, not every other fucking server in the world. YARG!

He also spent way too much time asking me over, and over again if we where overselling our bandwith. I just couldn't convince him that we are a quality company and don't do that. Heh, then the matter of garentued speed came up again. He just didn't seem to understand that we are only part of the internet, not the whole fucking thing. I hate stupid people

Those where the major two, they sucked. I would very much enjoy doing bad things to them, but won't. I'm too nice of a guy, and I like my job ;)

Other that those two calls, work was great today. I even had some girl call up who usto work on a mainframe. She rocked, during the repairs, she had to reboot her computer a couple times. We passed that short time chatting about unix in general. And how discusted she is with micro$oft. I suggested that she try linux. Ya know, something that actualy works, very much unline the piece of shit windows. She also laughed quite a bit when I told her I still use vi ;)

That was realy my highlight of the day. Thier comes a rare few that make it all worth while. Those are the ones that we realy care about, the ones we will go out of our way to help out.

The drive home was not as pleasent. I got off early due to being overstaffed again. Couldn't have been a worse time to get off either, realy heavy traffic. I hate traffic, well, no I dislike it. It's stupid drivers that I hate. Ya know, the ones that jabber on thier cell phone, and swirve in and out of traffic as if they where the only one there?

I came so close to just running into one of them out of spite. Out of revenge. I have insurance, and the guy did cut right in front of me. I would have been in the right anyway. But they wouldn't learn. They suck. I hate people like that.

When you get right down to it, I hate a lot of people. Heh, course since I'm not in the best of moods due to the nasty drive...my opinion is currently scewed.

Well, I'm off to eat some food, maby it will make me feel a bit better.
