As the story goes I was shopping. Spent about two hours picking out just the right outfit. Very non-male sort of activity. But now I realize why wemon spend so much time in the clothing department. Thier are so many cute skirts, and shirts! It's almost impossible to find a set that matches just right.

Yep, totaly crazy shit I kid you not. I was wandering around looking for something to wear to steve's party tommorow night. Found the coolest skirt, but sadly could not find *ANYTHING* that would go with it. Then a wonderfull fuzzy blouse, but alas! It's way to hard to find stuff that fits, and looks good together. I never expected it to be so hard!

Finaly I found a shirt that I just loved, and decided to just go with a black skirt. On the way to the changing room to try the outfit on, I bumped into a girl. We avoided eye contact due to the nature of the contents of my cart.

Out of the blue she asked where I had gotten the shirt. I was extatic due to not being called a pervert this time! She was seriously interesed. Impressive, I thought. I led her to where I had found the wonderfull shirt, heh. That was a first ;)

Takeing note that she was not a size six like myself, I realized that most of the clothing in that section would probably not fit her. Oh well, it gave me an excuse to lead a girl around for a change! LOL

I'd also like to note that I got some very strange looks from the cashier ;) Hehe, as to be expected! Just wait till tommorow night. That's going to be a riot. The guys from the office, and myself drunk. Hopefully none of them decide it's a good idea to hit on me...

Then onto more interesting things. Playing videos on my iBook is a dead wringer for getting girls. As the second experiment has shown. Not so much getting the girls per say. But more so getting thier attention. That's probably the hardest thing to do (IMHO).

Also to note. I had some old guy totaly entranced by my screen. Watching some Amuro Namie, and he was totaly glued to the screen. That's one thing I quite enjoy about the Diamond T. With all the windows, and at night. They act just like mirors, and I can see what's going on in the entire buildingg at once. Heh, and without too much notice.

Well worth the trouble :)

It's even more entertaining to watch the videos with the sound off. That way I can hear others comments. You would not belive what they say...

"I wanna hear that!"

"Daddy, can I have one of those!?"

"Apple? Yuck"

"Look at them gooks."

"That's got to be worth some cash."

These are just a few of the comments that hit tonnite. It's some crazy shit man. Heh, then I pulled up some kare Kano. Someone behind me notes that she's seen Sailor Moon once. Somehow this allows her to relate. How much farther from the truth can one get?

It's so fun to sit in a place full of people with a device that costs more than than the staff's combined income for a month. Sure does draw looks ;)

Life continues on, one day it will work out. Might even be understood!? Hmm, that's one wish I fear I may not be able to fullfill. Oh well, so it goes.

I wonder how our office deals with bandwith quotas. I mean, do they telnet into each, and every router to see how much data has transfered? Or, do the routers somehow report this information? It would be easy enough to do, but from all the routers I've played with it's turned off. Strange I must say. Maby I'll get around to asking one day...
