Well, it's finaly here. I've had it for a few days, and really enjoy it. Love may be a better word. It's pure joy.

The case design is ruged, yet attractive. Not to mention that killer handle built in. Due to having that, I didn't need to get a case for it right away. Not bad if your just carying the laptop, but god forbid you have any accessorys. Hehe, A person looks kina silly walking around with a power cord (yo-yo) slung over thier shoulder.

Speaking of the yo-yo, or evil hunk. It's shaped like either a very large yo-yo, or a tiny flying saucer. Quite usefull the way it spools up the extra cable. Heh, too bad it's not springloaded. It's also very tiny for an evil hunk. Apple really knows how to do thier hardware. Yow!

The keyboard leaves a bit to be desired, but not much. The keys are just slightly smaller than a desktops. Heh, I'm not usto keys that big :) But, as a major bonus, the ~ key is in just the right place! To the left of the 1 key...where god ment it to be. The right side of the keyboard doesn't feel quite as solid as the left. While I'll get usto that, it's a bit odd.

Over all speed is wonderfull, I've calculated that it will do a seti@home packet in about 24 hours. Amazing, my 7300/200 at home takes about 62 hours, and it's 200mhz. Heh, at 300mhz, this thing flys!

The screen is exelent, 800x600 active matrix, 12.5 inch (about). The viewable area is only like one inch smaller than my 15" at home. (yah, it's a cheap 15") Most wonderfull to use, but it does tend to get lost a little in the huge lid. Thier is about an inch all around that's just the translucent white plastic.

Battery life is also good, 4-5 hours. WOW, not much more can be said on that matter.

How to sudece a watermellon

First off, you stick it in the oven till it gets warm. Then you take out your pocket knife, and make a hole just the right size. Finaly, you show it who's boss.

Note that I've never tried this, only herd tell...
