I've recently purchanced the rest of "Don't Leave me Alone Daisy". An anime series that I've had the first 2 eps of for several years, but never could find the rest of.

Well, I found it, and it's total cost was about the same as 1 VHS volume. Did I mention that it's DVD? 12 eps in total.

There was no option for an englesh language version. Coolies, no need for that anyway. Apparenly the series didn't do very well in the states, causing them to put less effort into the translation.

It's a love story, a boy named techo falls madly in love with hitomi, a cute girl from his school. Sounds simple. It's not.

Techno grew up in a bomb shelter, kept there by his insane grandpa. This causes techo to be a bit 'off'. Well, no. Seriously demented. He's got a pet missle, more weapons than all the 3rd world countrys put together, and a sharp mind.

Hitomi, refered to as Daisy (you name pets, right?) by techno is just your average girl. Nothing special. Though she has a heart of gold.

Hitomi wants nothing to do with techno right from the start. He's a mad scientist after all! But this won't do for him. He uses everything in his power to get together with him. This inculdes tying her up, kidnaping her, using other various restraints, and lots of tricks.

For no apparent reason, she falls in love with him anyway. She has no idea till one day she wakes up, and decides that he's the one for her.

The story goes on, he decides she's an alien. Well, you can imagine what happens from this point on. She tries to explain to to him, but he's just far to convinced.

The ending is a suprize.

I've also picked up the first six of the card captor series. This completes the first half. I've not been able to find any of the others anywhere at all though. Eventualy...

Lets talk teror.

From what I can tell the anthrax bit that's going around right now is nothing but some sort of cover. I'm not sure what for, but something they don't want us to know about yet.

Either that, or the afgans are just that stupid.

It's not like it's any serious concern. Sure if you get it you are pretty sure of death. But the chances of actualy getting in contact with some are quite low. And even if you do, it's not very contagious. Well, not unless you accidenly eat someone who has it. (and that's not common practice anymore)

Personaly I think we should expunge every living thing from that country. Nothing gets out alive. People, animals, insects. Whatever. It doesn't matter.

Though with all the liberals around this probably won't happen.
