New truck 1/1

Well, I got a new truck today, new to me anyway...It runs pretty good...It's also a stick. Still having problems shifting though...but only downshifting. Quite often, I go to put it in 3rd, and end up putting it in first...This is realy bad...Also scares the hell out of people that are behind me...My tires squeal, and all sorts of wierd things happen. But, oddly enough, I have yet to kill it...Other than the first time I took it for a test drive. But even then, I only killed it once. Aside from just having a new truck, I picked up a modem for my pilot (14.4), and a keyboard for it...Using it right as I speak...makes entering text so much nicer...Its still kina like typeing on chicklets, but not that bad. Only hitting sevearl keys at a time occasionaly, but my typeing speed is not up to par on it yet. But, I can touch type most stuff on it...Standard qwerty layout. Was origionaly planning on getting a newton keyboard, but they are like 150$, and I would have had to build an adapter for it. This is much nicer, and was only like 80$. Has a nice clamshell case, and is called "GoType!". I'm quite glad I got it. It even has a place to put your stylus...one on each side...for right/left handed people..(kick ass!)...Now I don't have to cary my notebook with me everywhere to write my G-Files...Or, work on my web page. I also picked up another program, to edit DOC files. This is realy nice, because I can convert those back to normal text on my server...for web pages/g-files. Too bad it's shareware...I only have a couple shareware programs on my pilot...Pretty much don't like it...Like freeware better...Especaly if it comes with the source code. I did notice another small side effect of the keyboard...It slows down the pilot a pretty decent amount, but tha'ts ok...It works. heh, back to the topic of this file. I got a realy good price on the truck too...still holding to my #1 rule for buying vechicles...Plus, with the extra cash, I could get all this neat stuff...not to mention a scanner for my truck...It's realy nice...great pickup!...Red, and has kinky decals on the side...but a big dent in the drivers side door. But I realy don't care about that too much...Even has a bedliner...Very good condition. I wonder how much the keyboard will suck power. Hmm...nothing in the documantation about it...But that somehow doesn't suprize me. Also conveniently enable/disables itself when the keyboard is present/not. All I need to do now, is figure out some way to carry the danm thing.
